The NJAIR Steering Committee invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the 2025 New Jersey Association for Institutional Research (NJAIR) virtual conference.

 

Conference Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The NJAIR virtual conferences are primarily designed for our New Jersey community. However, we invite attendees from anywhere to join the event. This empowers us to showcase IR, IE, and assessment efforts at New Jersey institutions of higher education beyond its borders.

Presentations may be proposed for one of three formats:

Lightning Talks:

• 15 minute brief presentations, generally featuring a presenter from a single New Jersey institution of higher education.

Speaker Sessions:

• 30 minute presentations, generally featuring presenters from a single New Jersey institution of higher education.

Panel Sessions:

• 30 minute presentations featuring panelists from multiple New Jersey institutions of higher education (or relevant organizations if appropriate)

 

We are seeking proposals that feature collaboration that fit within the following topics, though proposals regarding other topics will be considered:

• Assessment

• Technology & Tools

• Decision Support

• Research & Policy

Due Date: July 8, 2026

Presentations will be recorded and made available on our website after the event.
